29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding were not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. a) The Raymond Corporation, 22 South Canal Street, Greene, NY - At Reach Assembly, Department 18. On or about September 10, 2024, the Reach Mast Station Conan was not guarded to protect workers from pinch points at the point of operation. The employer did not ensure moving parts were guarded. b) The Raymond Corporation, 22 South Canal Street, Greene, NY - At the Reach Assembly Department 18. On or about November 19, 2024, the A-Frame Punch was not guarded to protect workers from hazards at the point of operation. The employer did not ensure the point of operation was guarded.
