Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: On or about 09-17-2024, at 1095 SW Village Parkway in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to 10-foot fall hazards while working without a means of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: On or about 09-17-2024, at 1095 SW Village Parkway in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to a 10-foot fall hazard due to a ladder in use not being extended at least 3 feet beyond the upper landing and not being secured at the top.
