29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person.  a) Jobsite, Building 1 and 2 located at 2303 Brockett Road Tucker, GA: On or about September 18, 2024, the general contractor did not enforce the in-plain-view subcontracted workers performing framing operations to wear personal fall protection and eye protection where workers were exposed to fall hazards of up to 19-feet, 10-inches and struck-by hazards where personal fall protection was not in use, and  workers were exposed to struck-by hazards where pneumatic nail guns firing 3-inch nails and wood being cut by circular saws were in use where eye protection was not in use by all workers.
