29 CFR 1910.106(e)(9)(i): Maintenance and operating practices did not control leakage and prevent accidental escape of flammable liquids: (a) In Bay 3, located at 4012 Causeway Boulevard, TAMPA, FL 33619, on or about 9/12/2024: the employer exposed employees to fire hazards, in that the cleaning and maintenance procedures for gasoline tanker trucks did not include sampling procedures for ensuring that the truck was fully cleared of vapors prior to the start of the cleaning process.
