29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system. a) 45 Sarona St. Freeport, FL. 32439; On or about September 18, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that employees were allowed work on a roof that was 25 feet from the eave to the ground and the roof was sloped 4 on 12 without being protected from falling by a guardrail system with safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
