29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards and as referenced by the note contained in 1910.28(b)(12)(i): a) At a temporary worksite located at 2775 North W Street, W Street Business Park, Pensacola, Florida: On September 13, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees were assigned to operate a Skyjack, model SJIII 3219 scissor lift, without first receiving adequate training on the set-up and operation of that lift.
