29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): The driver shall be required to slow down and sound the horn at cross aisles and other locations where vision is obstructed. If the load being carried obstructs forward view, the driver shall be required to travel with the load trailing. a. At Biltmore Provisions, LLC's warehouse located at 1646 State Ave, Holly Hill Florida, 32117: On or about September 12, 2025, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and crushed-by hazards, in that employees views were obstructed by a load being carried forward on a powered industrial truck.
