29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. On or about September 13, 2024, at the Gloucester bag machine, the written lockout tagout procedures were not developed for the equipment, to prevent the unexpected release of stored pneumatic and kinetic energy, where employees conducted maintenance on the equipment.
