On the ground around the 5-attached residences, located at 2604 S.W. 87th Way, Gainesville, FL,: on or about September 17, 2024, the employer exposed employees to head injuries from impact from falling or flying objects, in that hard hat protection was not used by employees when cleaning roofing debris from the yard.

On the 6:12 pitch roof of the 5 - attached multi-family condominiums, at 2604 SW 87th Way, Gainesville, FL: On or about September 17, 2024, the employer exposed employees to eye hazards from flying projectile nails from pneumatic nailers, and other flying debris, in that eye protection was not used by the operators of the pneumatic nailers.  b. On the ground, located at 2604 S.W. 87th Way, Gainesville, FL,: on or about September 17, 2024, the employer exposed employees to eye hazards from flying projectile wood chips from the circular saw, and other flying debris, in that eye protection was not used by the operators of the circular saw.
