29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work areas at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been trained about was introduced into their work area: (a) Repair Shop - On or about September 13, 2024, employees were not trained on chemicals used in the workplace such as but not limited to brake cleaner, vulcanizing cement, and tire repair rubber prep, exposing them to chemical hazards.
