29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) For the plug/cord at the dough roller machine, on or about 09/20/2024, the employer exposed employees to potential electrical hazards, in that, its outer insulation was damaged at the plug such that tension was transmitted to the joints and screws from a lack of strain relief.
