29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects:  a.) At the worksite, located at 1801 Erin Brooke Dr Valrico, FL 33594; On or about 9/20/24, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards in that head protection was not used by employees on the ground level while overhead framing operations approximately 10 ft in height were conducted on a newly constructed residential home extension while using pneumatic nail guns, plywood wood and a Makita circular saw.

At the worksite, located at 1801 Erin Brooke Dr Valrico, FL 33594; On or about 9/20/24, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards in that eye protection was not used by employees while framing operations were conducted on a newly constructed residential home extension with the use of pneumatic nail guns and a Makita circular saw.
