On the second floor of a new residential construction located at 12854 Rubber Fig Terrace in Jacksonville Florida: On September 23, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards ranging from 6 to 9-foot in that the top step of a step ladder was used to climb in the rafters and access the second story roof.
