29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Location: Jobsite 400 Cochituate Rd, Framingham, MA On September 24, 2024, an employee was exposed to falls from heights up to 25 feet to the ground while working on commercial 12-12 pitch roof during a roofing project where fall protection was not utilized. Eagle Rivet Roof Service Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1485786, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on October 6, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 2 Elm St, Woburn, MA.
