29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a) 713 Grove St, Haddonfield, NJ:  Employees engaged in residential construction were exposed to fall hazard(s) of approximately 14 feet while working on the roof without a fall protection system in place.  Condition noted on or about June 07, 2024.  The employer, Tico's Construction Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1666580, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 30, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 3665 Hancock Lane, Doylestown, PA.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
