Main Street, Bristol, CT; On or about September 9, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to airborne crystalline silica while cutting landscaping bricks with a iQ360XR Dust Control Table Saw without use of an integrated water delivery system that continuously feeds water to the blade. Employees were exposed to dust emissions and crystalline silica in unknown quantities.
