29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv):Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. a) Jobsite: 9001 State Rd, Philadelphia, PA - On or about September 24, 2024, the employer failed to provide strain relief to a flexible cord used to connect a Rigid vacuum used by employees during a painting operation thereby exposing the employees to shock hazards.
