29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible:   On or about September 18, 2024, at 1110 S. Ocean Blvd., Pompano Beach, Florida, employees were potentially exposed to respiratory hazards while performing demolition of granite countertops inside hotel rooms; the employees were provided with N95 respirators for voluntary use but were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D of the standard.
