29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system. On or about September 20, 2024, employees engaged in residential roofing activities, located at 3810 S 13th St., Omaha, NE 68107, were exposed to fall hazards in that the employees were working in excess of 6-feet while conducting residential roofing operations without fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about September 20, 2024, employees engaged in residential roofing activities, located at 3810 S 13th St., Omaha, NE 68107, were exposed to fall hazards in that the employees were working in excess of 6-feet while conducting residential roofing operations without fall protection and without having been trained in the essential aspects of fall protection equipment.
