Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.  a) On or about September 24, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet while performing roofing work with fall protection measures in place.  Employees were drilling roof components on the edge of a three story building and were exposed to a three story fall and a concrete parking lot below.
