On or about September 24, 2024, at the worksite located at 1200 Main St Kansas City, Mo 64105 employees were exposed to serious fall hazards while working from boatswain's chairs with unprotected ropes during window cleaning activities. The employees using the chair to work from and descend to multipole levels of a 43-story building. The employer did not ensure the ropes of the boatswain's chairs were protected from sharp edges located on the building.
