29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  a) At the Racetrac Convenience Store at 2009 Mayport Rd, Jacksonville FL; On or about September 24, 2024, at fuel station #3, an employee was exposed to explosion and burn hazards while improperly refilling a gasoline can in that the employer had not effectively trained the hazards of fueling with gasoline in the immediate presence of ignition sources such as, but not limited to the heat from hot equipment and static electricity.
