29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Location - Jobsite: On or about 9/24/2024, employees were exposed to more than 6-foot fall hazards while replacing the roof on an existing residence without fall protection. Greenfield Group, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1712718, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/8/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 15 Middleton Street, Millbury, MA.
