29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about 09/25/2024, at Busway and 294th Street, Homestead, Florida, an employee was exposed to 28-foot fall and ejection hazards while engaged in the installation of security cameras to a concrete pole when using an aerial lift without a harness or belt with lanyard connected to the boom or basket of the equipment.
