29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section: On or about September 19, 2024, at 4406 Crayton Road, Naples, Florida, an employee was exposed to a 17-foot fall hazard while installing concrete blocks on an unprotected edge of second floor of new two-story residential construction without a means of fall protection.
