29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section: a) On or about September 25, 2024, at 4776 Crayton Ct., Naples, Florida, employees were exposed to a 24-foot fall hazard while finishing the installation of plywood sheets of a new two-story residential roof without using a means of fall protection. b) On or about September 25, 2024, at 4776 Crayton Ct., Naples, Florida, employees were exposed to a 14-foot fall hazard while finishing the installation of plywood sheets of a new two-story residential roof without using a means of fall protection.
