29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use Facility Wide: On or about March 6, 2025, and at times prior, employees were not provided access to Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) for all hazardous chemicals found at the worksite, to include, but not limited to PI Quat 20, which may cause severe burns to skin and eye damage, supplied by Neogen Corporation. Employees use the disinfectant daily to sanitize SPF eggs and were not provided the SDS before use nor was the SDS available at the worksite.
