The subcontract workers were exposed to 47-foot falls to ground level.

Elite Exterior Systems LLC, 4 Holiday Blvd. Mercer, PA 16137: Hampton Inn. On or about 09/26/2024 and at times prior thereto; employees were exposed to hazards associated with material being dropped from the top of the 47-foot building without a chute. Materials being dropped from the roof include, but is not limited to, 2X4 lumber, exterior insulation foam system (EIF), and fascia boards.
