29 CFR  1910.37(a)(2): Exit routes were not arranged so that employees would not have to travel toward a high hazard area, nor was the path of travel effectively shielded from the high hazard area by suitable partitions or other physical barriers:  Location: Production Floor, Adhesive Area  a) On or about 9/27/24, the employer did not arrange exit routes so that employees would not have to travel towards a high hazard area, in that employees would have to pass by the deflagration panel of an oven used to cure can lids that were applied with a flammable material while proceeding to a marked emergency exit.

The chemical manufacturer, importer, or distributor shall ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals leaving the workplace is labeled, tagged, or marked. Hazards not otherwise classified do not have to be addressed on the container. Where the chemical manufacturer or importer is required to label, tag or mark the following information shall be provided:  Location: Production Floor  a) On or about 9/27/24, the employer did not ensure that all chemicals were adequately labeled with the information required in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(vi).
