On or about September 20, 2024, the employer did not report to OSHA within 24 hours regarding the inpatient hospitalization for one employee that was seriously injured from a fall incident that occurred on September 20, 2024. The injured employee was hospitalized for 8 days. The incident went unreported until September 27, 2024 when a report was submitted via telephone.
