29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about September 26, 2024, at 1650 N US Hwy. 77, in Waxahachie, Texas, employees removing and installing new LED lights from a Nifty TM50 boom lift, were not tied off, exposing employees to a fall hazard of 20 feet to the ground below.
