Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse. a) On or about September 17, 2024, the employer did not ensure that when employees were folding boxes behind the storage rack in the center of the work floor, the totes stored in the overhead rack were stacked, blocked, interlocked, and limited in height to ensure the totes did not fall on employees when forklift operators were picking on the other side of the rack.
