29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical: a) Warwick Machine & Tool, Inc., 1917 McFarland Drive, Landisville, PA 17538, near the green Mori Seiki SL-25 machine on top of a work cart - On or about October 10, 2024, a plastic spray bottle contained "Moredo" and was not labelled with its hazard information. b) Warwick Machine & Tool, Inc., 1917 McFarland Drive, Landisville, PA 17538, near the green Mori Seiki SL-25 area - On or about October 10, 2024, a plastic spray bottle contained "Moredo" and was not labelled with its hazard information. c) Warwick Machine & Tool, Inc., 1917 McFarland Drive, Landisville, PA 17538, near the green Mori Seiki SL-25 area - On or about October 10, 2024, a plastic spray bottle contained "WD-40" and was not labelled with its hazard information. d) Warwick Machine & Tool, Inc., 1917 McFarland Drive, Landisville, PA 17538, near the blue and white Mori Seiki SL-25 machine - On or about October 10, 2024, a plastic spray bottle contained "Water/Moredo 10:1 Mix" and was not labelled with its hazard information. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) Warwick Machine & Tool, Inc., 1917 McFarland Drive, Landisville, PA 17538 - On or about October 10, 2024, employees engaging in machine and maintenance operations were exposed to chemicals including, but not limited to, resin, aluminum oxide, glass beads, oils, and coolants. The employer's written hazard communication program was deficient in that it lacked information including, but not limited to, a description of labeling system criteria to be used for secondary container labeling. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
