29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) New residential construction located at 274 Grand Hickory Way, Dawsonville, GA 30534, Roof: On or about 10-02-2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that no protective eyewear was provided while operating pneumatic nail guns at 150 PSI. Eagle Roofing and Repairs LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupation safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1740527, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order date on 05-16-2024, with respect to a workplace located on Lot # 40 at 2225 Thames Court, Cumming, GA 30041.

29 CFR 1926.552(a)(1): The employer did not comply with the manufacturer's specifications and limitations applicable to the operation of all hoists and elevators. a) New residential construction located at 274 Grand Hickory Way, Dawsonville, GA 30534, Front side of structure: On or about 10-02-2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that the employer did not follow the manufacturer's specifications of the Transporter Platform Hoist as the wire cable it was manufactured with was replaced using a nylon rope.
