This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 17 feet from roof to the ground below. (b) On or about October 2, 2024, employees conducting tear off work on the north side and south side of the first story of a residential roof with a 4:12 pitch, were not using fall protection. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately nine (9) feet from roof to the ground below.
