29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): AZ Remodeling Inc. The employer did not ensure employees were protected from elevated fall hazards. The condition was observed on or about 02 October 2024, when two employees were observed roofing a residential structure at 12 Docs Court in Saint Charles, Missouri. The employer did not utilize guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system. Two employees were observed working on the roof of the building, at heights of approximately 15 to 20 feet above the ground, without fall protection and thus were exposed to fall hazards.
