29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level: Worksite located at 3201 NW Paragon Parkway, Lee's Summit, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on a fabricated framed scaffold platform that was not provided with guardrails to prevent employees from falling. The Villeda Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(4)(i) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1477382, citation number 1 , item number 7, and was affirmed as a final order on August 31, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 13800 Metcalf Avenue, Overland Park, KS 66223.
