29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) 502 Howard St, Bellefonte, PA - main hallway - On or about October 3, 2024, a temporary receptacle panel was not secured to the available fixed surface, creating strain relief to the terminal screws of the primary receptacle box. No abatement certification or documentation required.
