29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to slow down and sound the horn at cross aisles and wherever vision was obstructed: a) On or about October 2, 2024, along a gravel roadway that runs adjacent to the Ammonia 1 & 2 units within the CF Industries Donaldsonville, LA jobsite, the operator of JCB 509-42 Telehandler did not sound the telehandler horn when moving the machine in a forward direction at cross aisles, exposing pedestrians to struck-by hazards.
