The employer did not ensure a containers of diluted cleaning chemicals located in the center wash bay were labeled with the product identifier or complete information regarding the hazards of the chemical due to the labels on two of the containers had been damaged or washed-out to the point of being illegible.  The Nova Wash LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1682469, citation number 1, item number 8 and was affirmed as a final order on October 18, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 4315 Transport Drive, Weston, WI 54476.
