29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: Devine Lake New Home Community: On or about October 7, 2024, and at times prior thereto, a worker was installing lath on the exterior of a new home under construction while on the first story roof without the use of a fall protection system.
