29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program that included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): At a worksite located at 119 Teton Ridge, Lake Winnebago, MO 64034, employees were exposed to health hazards. The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to work with materials that include, but are not limited to, "Topshield Elastomeric Sealant" and sandstone roofing material without first establishing a written hazard communication program that addresses the hazards associated with the materials used by employees.

The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to perform work on a roof at heights greater than 6 feet above the next lower level without the use of fall protection. Instances of exposure include but are not limited to: 1. Employees working on the western section of the structures roof. 2. Employees working on the eastern section of the structures roof.

For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1: At a worksite located at 119 Teton Ridge, Lake Winnebago, MO 64034, employees were exposed to health hazards associated with respirable crystalline silica. The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to use a saw that was not equipped with an integrated water delivery system to continuously feed water to the blade while cutting masonry.
