29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about October 8, 2024, on the upper level of a barn located behind the primary residential building, employees were not in use of fall protection while installing shingles from a work level that was more than six(6) feet to the ground below.
