29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: On or about October 8, 2024, located throughout the production shop at 7830 Cleveland Ave. NW, North Canton, OH 44720: Employees were exposed to smoke inhalation and burn hazards where the employer failed to inspect the portable fire extinguishers on an annual basis. Portable fire extinguishers had been overdue for annual service since September of 2023.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): On or about October 8, 2024, the employer did not ensure that a written hazard communication program was developed or implemented. Employees were exposed to fire and contact hazards when using hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to: Argon compressed gas, Dowsil 791 Silicone Weatherproofing Sealant, and Dowsil OS-30 Silicone fluid.
