29 CFR 1910.151(b): In the absence of an infirmary, clinic or hospital in near proximity to the workplace which is used for the treatment of all injured employees, a person or persons was not adequately trained to render first aid: a) On October 7, 2024, at 9700 SW 344th Street, Homestead, Florida, an employee was exposed to significant injury to his brain or other organs after not receiving cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) within no more than 3-4 minutes after collapsing unresponsive; the employee was manually moving dunnage at the roof of the Unit 3 auxiliary building of the radiation control area.
