On or about 10/01/2024, Employees perform maintenance on a Vertical Panel Saw model: SVP 950 M-ECO and the employer has not established a program consisting of energy control procedures, employee training and periodic inspections. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
