29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On October 8, 2024, on the west side of the commercial building, employees engaged in roofing activities on an 8:12 pitch roof were working from a height of more than 6-feet above the ground without fall protection.
