29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4):Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to travel with the load trailing whenever the load obstructed forward view: a) 100 Milik St Carteret, NJ 07008 On or about September 20, 2024, the employer failed to ensure that forklift operators keep a clear view of the path of travel. An employee operated a forklift truck to transport a load, traveling forward with the load blocking his view. This condition exposed employees to struck hazard.
