29 CFR 1910.304(b)(4)(ii)(B):Where connected to a branch circuit supplying two or more receptacles or outlets, a receptacle may not supply a total cord- and plug-connected load in excess of the maximum specified in Table S-4: A) On or about October 7th, in the community break room, Employees were exposed to potential fire hazards from a 15 amp electrical power strip that was connected to three appliances that drew a total of 18.6 amps. Repeated use of appliances drawing more current than the electrical power strip is rated for runs the risk of damage to the strips components, and eventual failure and resulting fire.

29 CFR 1904.40(a):Basic requirement. When an authorized government representative asks for the records you keep under Part 1904, you must provide copies of the records within four (4) business hours. A) On October 7th, the employer was asked to provide the OSHA 300 recordable injury logs for the agency for the years of 2021, 2022, and 2023 as well as the corresponding OSHA 300A summary sheets. The employer did not provide the documents.
