29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates or markings were maintained in a legible condition: PIT Charging area: Toyota forklift numbered 16, with 36 Volt battery labeled "FL 18" and serial number 0002053, had an illegible data plate that was mounted upside down. Employees were exposed to struck by and tip over hazards.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: Pillar J5: Trash carts were stored in front of electrical panels labeled PNL 4C4 and PKL 2C1, prohibiting access to the panels. Employees were exposed to electrical and fire hazards. The U.S Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.303(g)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1658458, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 06-05-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 25690 Frampton Ave. Harbor City, CA 90710.
